摘　　要：[目的]研究应用口咽通气道的脑卒中病人氧驱湿化液泵入合适速度的临床效果。[方法]选取2014年9月—2016年2月入住我院神经内科应用口咽通气道脑卒中病人,并经口咽通气道应用0.45%氯化钠氧驱湿化泵入的77例,随机分为A组、B组、C组,分别以1mL/h^2mL/h、3mL/h^8mL/h、>8mL/h速度持续泵入湿化,应用3d后比较3组病人口腔黏膜情况、气道湿化效果等指标。[结果]3组病人心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但B组呼吸、血氧饱和度、口腔黏膜情况、湿化效果满意、痰痂、日吸痰次数、吸痰时黏膜损伤等方面与A组、C组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用口咽通气道的脑卒中病人应用0.45%氯化钠3mL/h^8mL/h的速度持续泵入是较合适的泵入速度,病人较舒适,且并发症减少。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of an appropriate speed of the oxygen-driven pumping of a humidifying solution for stroke patients with oropharyngeal airway.Methods:A total of 77 stroke patients admitting to the Department of Neurology in our hospital and using oropharyngeal airway were selected and received oxygen-driven pumping of 0.45% sodium chloride from September 2014 to February 2016.These patients were included in this study and randomly divided into group A,B,and C to receive continuous pumping at 1to 2mL/h,3to 8mL/h,and >8mL/h,respectively.Oral mucosa and airway humidification effect were compared after three days among the three groups.Results:No significant differences were observed in heart rate among the three groups(P>0.05);however,there were statistically significant differences regarding respiration,blood oxygen saturation,oral mucosa,satisfactory humidification effect,sputum,frequency of oral sputum suction,and mucosal injury during sputum suction in group B compared with group A and C(P<0.05).Conclusions:For stroke patients with oropharyngeal airway,a continuous pumping of 3to 8mL/h(0.45% sodium chloride)was more appropriate and could improve patients' comfort and reduce complications.
