两种宫腔镜手术治疗中重度宫腔粘连的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种宫腔镜手术治疗中重度宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法:收治中重度宫腔粘连患者76例,分为两组。机械组给予微型剪分离,能源组给予电切术,比较两组术后月经恢复情况及子宫腔形态。结果:术后1个月机械组月经恢复有效率高于能源组(P<0.05)。术后2个月机械组月经恢复有效率高于能源组(P<0.05)。机械组术后3个月子宫腔形态恢复显著优于能源组(P<0.05)。结论:机械性宫腔镜手术治疗中重度宫腔粘连的术后月经恢复更好,宫腔形态恢复更显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of two kinds of hysteroscopy in the treatment of moderate and severeintrauterine adhesion.Methods:76 cases of patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion were divided into two groups.The machinery group was treated with micro scissors separation.The energy group was treated with electrical resection.Thepostoperative recovery of menstruation and uterine cavity shape in the two groups were compared.Results:In one month afteroperation,the efficient recovery of menstruation in the machinery group was more than that of the energy group (P<0.05).In twomonths after operation,the efficient recovery of menstruation in the machinery group was more than that of the energy group (P<0.05).The recovery of the uterine cavity shape in the machinery group in three months after operation was significantly better thanthat in the energy group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mechanical hysteroscopy in the treatment of moderate and severe intrauterineadhesion had better recovery of menstruation after operation and more significant recovery of uterine cavity shape.
