摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿气道异物取出术保留和不保留自主呼吸的效果。方法:收治气道异物患儿40例,随机分为保留自主呼吸组(C组)和不保留自主呼吸组(N组),比较两组的效果。结果:N组患儿手术时间、苏醒时间、术者第1次置镜满意度和术中不良事件发生率均明显优于C组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿气管异物取出术中,不保留自主呼吸的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of retention and without retention of spontaneous breathing in removal of airwayforeign body in children.Methods:40 children with airway foreign body were selected.They were randomly divided into theretention of spontaneous breathing group(C group) and without retention of spontaneous breathing group(N group).We comparedthe effect of two groups.Results:In the N group,the operation time,recovery time,the satisfaction degree of first placedbronchoscopy of operator and the incidence of adverse events were significantly better than the C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inthe removal of airway foreign body in children,the effect of without retention of spontaneous breathing was significant.
