炎琥宁注射液辅助抗生素降阶梯治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究炎琥宁注射液辅助抗生素降阶梯治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法:收治老年重症肺炎患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组给予抗生素降阶梯治疗,试验组在此基础上给予炎琥宁注射液辅助治疗,比较两组患者临床症状改善时间、总住院时间及ICU住院时间、临床疗效和不良反应。结果:试验组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者各项症状消退时间均明显短于对照组,总住院时间及ICU住院时间亦显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者未见严重不良反应。结论:炎琥宁注射液辅助抗生素降阶梯治疗重症肺炎临床疗效确切,安全性好,疗效优于单独西药治疗。Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of andrographolide injection assisted antibiotic de escalation treatmentin elderly severe pneumonia.Methods:120 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided intothe experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given antibiotic de escalation treatment.The experimental group was given andrographolide injection assisted treatment on this basis.The clinical symptoms improvedtimes,total hospitalization times and ICU hospitalization times,clinical curative effects and adverse reactions were comparedbetween groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).The symptoms regression times of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the total hospitalization time and ICU hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Andrographolide injection assisted antibiotic de escalationtreatment in elderly severe pneumonia has an exact curative effect and good safety,and its curative effect is better than westernmedicine treatment alone.
