摘　　要：目的:比较莫匹罗星联合贝复济与紫草油治疗小儿重度臀红的疗效。方法:收治重度臀红患儿56例,随机分为两组。对照组给予紫草油治疗,观察组给予莫匹罗星联合贝复济治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:莫匹罗星和贝复济联合治疗小儿重度臀红疗效优于紫草油。Objective:To compare the curative effect of mupirocin combined with beifuji and lithospermum oil in the treatment ofchildren with severe red hip.Methods:56 cases of children with severe red hip were divided into two groups randomly.The controlgroup was treated with lithospermum oil,the observation group was treated with mupirocin combined with beifuji.The curative effectbetween groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the controlgroup (P<0.05).The cure time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The curativeeffect of mupirocin combined with beifuji in the treatment of children with severe red hip was better than that of lithospermumoil.
