摘　　要：目的:比较自封装与密封包装灭菌棉签的灭菌效果。方法:选取自封装与密封包装灭菌棉签各20份,分别进行细菌培养。结果:密封包装组灭菌合格率100%。自封袋包装组灭菌合格率85%。结论:密封包装灭菌棉签灭菌合格率高。医疗机构应选择密封包装灭菌棉签。Objective:To compare the sterilizing effect comparison of two kinds of packaging for medical cotton swab.Methods:20samples of self encapsulation and sealed package were given bacterial culture respectively.Results:The qualified sterilized rate ofthe sealed package group was 100%.The qualified sterilized rate of the self encapsulation group was 85%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The qualified sterilized rate of sealed package for medical cotton swab was high.The medical institutions should choose sealedpackage for medical cotton swab.
