摘　　要：目的:观察改进鼻空肠管置入术在危重病患者中的护理效果。方法:将80例危重病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例;对照组给予传统鼻空肠管植入术,观察组给予改进鼻空肠管植入术;对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组的成功率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:危重病患者采用鼻肠管肠内营养支持具有更加优越的效果,可显著改善患者临床病变状态,提高盲插置管的成功率。Objective:To observe the nursing effect of improved nasojejunal tube implantation surgery in critically ill patients.Methods:80 cases of critically ill patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases ineach.The control group was given conventional nasojejunal tube implantation surgery.The observation group was given improvednasojejunal tube implantation surgery.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The success rate of theobservation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using nasointestinal tube enteralnutrition support in critically ill patients has a more superior result,which can significantly improve the clinical pathological stateof patients,and improve the success rate of blind interpolation tube.
