摘　　要：目的:观察应用阔筋膜张肌肌皮瓣联合封闭负压引流修复髋部褥疮的治疗效果。方法:对7例髋部褥疮(左髋部4例,右髋部3例),均采用手术扩创,清除坏死组织及窦道后,应用阔筋膜张肌肌皮瓣转移联合应用封闭负压引流的方法修复创面。结果:7例患者皮瓣成活良好,创面均一期愈合,6个月随访,褥疮均无复发。结论:应用阔筋膜张肌肌皮瓣联合持续负压引流修复髋部压疮的方法,操作简单、安全、有效,褥疮不宜复发,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of applying tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap transplantation Combined with vaccum sealing drainage therapeutics to cure hip bedsores. Methods After epluchage, removing necrosis tissue and sinus, combined treatment of tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) was perform with 7 cases of hip bedsore. Results The skin flaps of 7 cases developed well and all the wounds were healed by first intention.No recurrence of ulcer was observed after a follow-up of 6 months. Conclusion Tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap transplantation combined with continuous vaccum suction therapeutics for hip bedsore is simple, safe and effective to cure hip bedsore and prevent its recurrence, and is worthy of clinical application.
