保留全厚皮法与保留中厚皮法术后腋臭复发的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨腋臭根治术中对真皮内顶泌汗腺组织清除的必要性。方法:术后6个月随访,对28例保留全厚皮法和30例保留中厚皮法汗腺切除术进行术后复发率的比较。结果:两组中,全厚皮组腋臭复发率39.3%,中厚皮组复发率3.3%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:保留真皮组织内的顶泌汗腺组织会导致腋臭术后复发,术中要予以清除。Objective To investigate the necessity of clearing the apocrine glands in dermal tissue when we treat the axillary osmidrosis. Methods Follow up for 6 months ,compared the recurrence rate between 28 cases of keeping full-thickness skin with 30 cases of keeping mid-thickness skin in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Results In the two groups, the recurrence rate of full-thickness skin group was 39.3%, the recurrence rate of the mid-thickness skin group was 3.3%. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Keeping the apocrine glands in dermal tissue when we treat the axillary osmidrosis can lead to relapse,so we must clear the apocrine glands in dermal tissue.
