摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合耳背割治放血治疗肺经风热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将60例肺经风热型痤疮患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组:30例,采用针刺治疗;治疗组:30例,采用针刺结合耳背割治疗法。3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为76.7%,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后两组中医症候积分均较前减少,两组间中医症候积分差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合耳背割治放血治疗肺经风热型痤疮疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on the treatment of acne identified as wind-heat in lung meridian by acupuncture combined with ear cutting therapy. Methods The 60 cases of acne identified as wind-heat in lung meridian were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively 30 cases in each group.Among them, patients in treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with ear cutting therapy, while other 30 patients in control group received normal acupuncture treatment.After three courses of treatment, effects were observed. Results The total effective rates were 76.7% in control group and 97.7% in treatment group. The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05). The TCM symptom scores of two groups were both decreased after treatment, but there was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ear cutting therapy turns out to be a desirably effective way to treat acne identified as wind-heat in lung meridian.
