滋补肝肾中药调控神经-内分泌系统治疗脑梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究滋补肝肾中药通过调控神经-内分泌系统治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:将60例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予常规西药加滋补肝肾中药复健片和常规西药治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状、神经功能评分及神经-内分泌系统指标的变化。结果:复健片在临床总疗效及调节神经-内分泌系统指标方面均显著优于对照组,并可改善各项伴随症状。结论:滋补肝肾中药复健片可以通过调节神经-内分泌系统,实现对脑梗死患者机体多靶点、多环节地调节,对脑梗死具有较好的治疗作用。Objective: To study the curative effect of nourishing liver and kidney Chinese herbs in treating cerebral infarction by regulating the neuro endocrine system. Methods: 60 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 2 groups were given conventional western medicine plus Fujian tablets and conventional western medicine treatment respectively. Before and after treatment, the changes of clinical symptoms, neurological function score and the index of neuroendocrine system were observed. Results: The clinical efficacy and regulation of neuro endocrine system index of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, and Fujian Tablets could improve the simultaneous symptoms, too. Conclusions:Nourishing liver and kidney Chinese herbs Fujian Tablet had better therapeutic effect on cerebral infarction by regulating the neuro endocrine system with multiple targets.
