参附注射液和香丹注射液联合治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参附注射液和香丹注射液联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择我院慢性心力衰竭患者共80例随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予常规西药治疗,对照组给予香丹注射液,观察组给予参附注射液和香丹注射液联合治疗。观察两组治疗前后患者左心射血分数和每分输出量改变情况,测定两组患者治疗前后血管内皮素和脑钠肽水平。结果:观察组治疗后左心射血分数、每分输出量高于对照组治疗后左室射血分数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血管内皮素和脑钠肽水平分别低于对照组治疗后血管内皮素和脑钠肽水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液联合香丹注射液能够显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,降低血管内皮素和脑钠肽水平,效果显著。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Shenfu injection and Xiangdan injection in treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:80 cases with chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, the control group was given Xiangdan injection. The observation group was given Shenfu injection combined with Xiangdan injection. Before and after treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and the change of the output of the two groups were observed. The levels of endothelin and brain natriuretic peptide were measured before and after treatment in two groups. Results :The Left ventricular ejection fraction and Per minute output in the observation group after treatment was higher than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of endothelin and brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group after treatment was lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Shen fu injection combined with Xiang dan injection can improve the cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure, and increase the level of endothelin and brain natriuretic peptide .
