薄氏腹针疗法用于瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎治疗价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨薄氏腹针疗法用于治疗瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法:选取我院2013年2月—2015年12月收治的75例瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎患者,对其行薄氏腹针疗法,分别记录患者在治疗前、治疗1次、治疗5次及治疗10次后的关节疼痛评分VAS及膝关节功能评分Lysholm,观察、分析其变化。结果:进行1个疗程的薄氏腹针疗法后,共治愈了17例,显效为21例,好转为31例,无效为6例,该疗法的总有效率为92%。所有瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎患者的关节疼痛评分VAS及膝关节功能评分Lysholm在治疗前、治疗1次、治疗5次、治疗10次后都有较明显的差异,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:薄氏腹针疗法能有效提高瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果,降低患者疼痛程度、改善其预后,有利于减少患者的医疗支出,具有较好的经济效益、社会效益,值得临床推广与应用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Bo's abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 75 patients with blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis, treated in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2015, received Bo's abdominal acupuncture, their joint pain VAS score and knee function Lysholm score before treatment and 1 course, 5 courses, 10 courses after treatment respectively were recorded to observe and analyze the changes. Results: After one course of Bo's abdominal acupuncture, 17 cases were cured, 21 cases were effective, 31 cases were improved and 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of the therapy was 92%. The difference of the joint pain VAS score and knee function Lysholm score before treatment and 1 course, 5 courses, 10 courses after treatment respectively was significant and of statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bo's abdominal acupuncture could improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis, reduce the degree of pain and improve the prognosis, it could also help to reduce the medical expenses of patients and it was with good economic and social benefits, therefore, it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
