中药灌肠加理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中药灌肠加理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院近年来收治的83例慢性盆腔炎患者。患者分组方法:数字随机分组法。83例患者分为常规组和综合组两个组别。常规组以常规抗生素治疗;综合组以中药灌肠加理疗治疗。观察指标:慢性盆腔炎总有效率。结果:综合组相比于常规组慢性盆腔炎总有效率更高,x2检验差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中药灌肠加理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果确切,值得推广。Objective: To study the effects of enema with Chinese herbs and physical therapy in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: Experiment subjects: 83 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in our hospital. Patient grouping method: digital random grouping method. 83 patients were divided into the conventional group and comprehensive group. The conventional group received conventional antibiotic therapy and the comprehensive group received enema with Chinese herbs and physical therapy. Observation index: the total effective rate of chronic pelvic inflammatory. Results: The total effective rate of the conventional group was higher than that of the comprehensive group, the difference was of statistical significance by x2 test, P<0.05. Conclusion: Enema with Chinese herbs and physical therapy had significant effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and it was worthy of promotion.
