青石止痒软膏外用治疗神经性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察青石止痒软膏(曾用名:甘石青黛膏)治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性,开拓中药外用治疗的新思路。方法:选取符合诊断标准及纳入标准的神经性皮炎患者232例,随机分为治疗组(117例)、对照组(115例),治疗组使用青石止痒软膏,对照组使用冰黄肤乐软膏,治疗观察4周,总结比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率79.48%,对照组总有效率66.09%,两组综合疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗4周后两组瘙痒评分比较差异有统计学意义,两组在皮损面积、皮损形态、皮损色泽方面差异无统计学意义。结论:青石止痒软膏治疗神经性皮炎安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and security of Qingshi Zhiyang ointment (also named Ganshi Qingdai ointment) in treating neurodermatitis and to develop new idea in the treatment of skin diseases externally with Chinese herbal medicines.Methods: Patients with neurodermatitis (n=232) chosen according to the diagnostic and inclusion criteria, were divided randomly into the treatment group (n=117) and the control group (n=115).The treatment group was treated with Qingshi Zhiyang ointment, the control group was treated with with Binghuang Fule ointment.The treatment and observation were carried out for 4 weeks and the curative effect was compared and summarized. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.48% and that of the control group was 66.09%,the difference of comprehensive effect was of statistical significance (P<0.05). The difference of itching score of two groups 4 weeks after treatment was of statistical significance, but the difference in lesion area, lesion shape and lesion color was of no statistical significance.Conclusion: Qingshi Zhiyang ointment was safe and effective in treating neurodermatitisor and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
