稳心颗粒预防双腔起搏器植入术后阵发性房颤30例效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨稳心颗粒在预防双腔起搏器植入术后阵发性房颤疾病中的临床运用效果。方法:选取我院2011年7月—2014年7月所收治的行双腔起搏器植入治疗者60例作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分成常规组与观察组,前者予以常规对症治疗,在此基础之上,对观察组患者予以稳心颗粒治疗;观察和比较两组患者术后阵发性房颤的发生情况。结果:观察组患者的心房高频事件发生率、平均每月的发生次数和平均每人的发生次数等均优于常规组患者,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗12个月后的左心房内径显著小于本组治疗前及常规组治疗12个月后,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础之上,对行双腔起搏器植入治疗者予以稳心颗粒治疗,可有效预防术后阵发性房颤的发生,值得大力推行。Objective: To investigate the clinical application effect of Wenxin granules in preventing paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after dual chamber pacemaker implantation. Methods: 60 patients with double chamber pacemaker implantation, treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014, were randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group. The patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment while patients in the observation group received Wenxin granules combined with conventional symptomatic treatment. The paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: The incidence of atrial high frequency, the average monthly number of occurrence and the average number of patients of the observation group were superior to that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After 12 months of treatment, the left atrial diameter of patients of the observation group was significantly less than that before treatment and that of the conventional group after 12 months of treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment, Wenxin Granules could effectively prevent the occurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of patients with double chamber pacemaker implantation and it was worthy of vigorous promotion.
