摘　　要：超声引导下使用赛丁格(Seldinger)技术进行PICC置管是国际上广泛应用的PICC穿刺技术,置管专用血管超声仪成本高,严重制约超声引导下PICC置管应用。为运用非穿刺探头超声引导下穿刺,笔者根据掌握上肢动静脉超声探测与火腿肠超声下模拟穿刺定位练习,寻找血管穿刺准确定位感觉。为临床患者进行非穿刺探头超声引导下赛丁格技术PICC置管,穿刺后未出现静脉炎,导管相关感染等并发症。经培训护士可独立操作,提高临床实用性。Application of PICC catheter with Seldinger puncture technique under non puncture probe color doppler ultrasound guidance is PICC puncture technique widely used in the world, the high cost of special vascular ultrasound catheter severely limits the application of PICC catheter under ultrasound guidance. To apply catheter under non puncture probe ultrasound, the author explores to find the correct location of vascular puncture feeling by exercising ultrasonic detection of upper limb artery and vein ultrasound and simulated puncture location of ham sausage, the clinical application of PICC catheter with Seldinger puncture technique under non puncture probe color doppler ultrasound guidance succeeds and there is no phlebitis, catheter related infection and other complications after puncture.Nurses can independently operate the puncture after training, which could improve its clinical practicability.
