摘  要:通过向发泡料浆中直接加入可膨胀石墨(EG)的方法制备了异氰酸酯基聚酰亚胺泡沫(IBPIF)。对所制备IBPIF材料进行了热稳定性(TGA)、极限氧指数(LOI)和锥形量热仪(CCT)测试。结果表明,EG的添加量和粒径尺寸不会对IBPIF材料的热稳定性造成严重影响,EG的添加量越大、粒径尺寸越大,IBPIF材料的LOI值越大,同时其燃烧行为和烟气释放行为的改善程度越明显,对IBPIF材料阻燃性能提升效果越明显。TBy directly adding expandable graphite (EG) to the foam slurry load, isocyanate-based polyimide foams (IBPIF) was prepared. IBPIF materials proceeded the thermal stability (TGA), limit oxygen index (LOI) and cone calorimeter (CCT) test. The results showed that the additive dosage and size of EG could not make effect on the thermal stability for IBPIF, but the LOI value of IBPIF became better and better with increase in additive dosage and size of EG, and the fire behavior and smoke performance could also be effectively improved.
