摘  要:以自制的选择性固体酸为催化剂,采用二苯胺和2,4,4-三甲基-1-戊烯制备了高含量单取代异辛基二苯胺(M-IDPA)抗氧剂,并研究了其合成工艺。采用热稳定分析仪、旋转氧弹测试仪、加压差示扫描量热仪测试了产物的热稳定性及抗氧化性能。结果表明:通过选择不同的固体酸催化剂,在最优工艺条件下,M-IDPA的质量分数高达78.01%;高含量M-IDPA抗氧剂在基础油150N中的质量分数分别为0.5%和1.0%时,氧化诱导时间为1 044,2 713 min,说明所制抗氧剂具有优良的抗氧化性能;热稳定性分析结果表明该抗氧剂具有很好的热稳定性能。The antioxidant of high content mono-substituted p-isooctyl-dipenylamine(M-IDPA) was prepared with diphenylamine and 2,4,4-trimethyl-1-pentene and catalyzed by self-made selective solid acid.The synthetic process of the antioxidant was investigated. The thermal stability and oxidation resistance of the product were tested by thermal stability analyzer, rotary bomb oxidation test(RBOT), and pressure differential scanning calorimeter(PDSC). The results show that the mass fraction of M-IDPA is up to 78.01% under the optimal conditions obtained by selecting different solid acid catalyst; the oxidation induction time are 1 044minutes and 2 713 minutes when the mass fraction of M-IDPA in base oil 150N are 0.5% and 1.0% respectively,it indicates that the product has excellent antioxidant properties. The analysis on thermal stability of the product proves good thermal stability it owns.
