摘 要:综述了近5年来国内外阻燃环氧树脂(EP)的研究情况,分析了不同阻燃EP的优缺点,概述了阻燃EP的研究进展。阻燃EP主要包括含卤EP、含磷EP、膨胀阻燃型EP、新型协效阻燃型EP等。阻燃EP的发展经历了由卤系阻燃到无卤阻燃,由添加型阻燃到反应型阻燃,由单一元素阻燃到多种元素协效阻燃的过程。阻燃剂的添加不仅改善了EP的阻燃性,同时还能提高EP的耐热性和力学性能等。反应型阻燃EP和多种元素协效阻燃型EP阻燃效率高,是目前阻燃EP发展的方向之一。最后总结了目前阻燃EP存在的问题,并提出了研究建议。The research of flame retardant epoxy resins(EP) in recent 5 years are reviewed along with the advantages and disadvantages of different flame retardant EP. The research progress on flame retardant EP are presented. Flame retardant EP consist of halogen-containing, intumescent, phosphorus-containing, and the novel synergistic flame retardant EP. The development of flame retardant EP has passed through several stages from added to reacted flame retardant, from halogen to halogen-free flame retardant, and from single element to multiple elements synergistic flame retardant. The addition of flame retardant not only improves the flame retardancy of EP, but also modifies the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the resin. Reacted and multi-elements synergistic EP are emerging due to high flame retardant efficiency. The problems existing in flame retardant EP are listed and suggestions are offered as well.
