摘　　要：针对制造企业中PDM系统实施中报表输出存在的问题,提出基于EBOM的报表本地化开发方法。分析传统报表输出模式的弊端,以先进的产品数据管理工具Windchill系统中EBOM为研究对象,以明细表和外购件汇总表2种典型报表的开发为例,探求PDM实施中报表输出的最佳方式,并成功应用于某军工企业。使用结果表明:该方法实用性强,可有效提升制造企业PDM系统的应用能力和水平。In view of the problem of report output in the implementation of PDM system in manufacturing enterprises, areport localization development method based on EBOM is proposed. Analyze the drawbacks of traditional report outputmode, adopt the EBOM of advanced product data management tool Windchill system as the research object, and takedevelopment schedule and parts summary table two types report as an example, find out the best way to the report output inthe implementation of PDM, and successfully applied it to a military enterprise. The application results show that thismethod is practical and can effectively improve the application ability and level of PDM system in manufacturing enterprises.
