摘　　要：专利信息是一种集技术信息、经济信息和法律信息于一体的信息资源。为了充分发掘专利信息资源的利用价值,发挥专利信息对自主创新的支撑作用,使之更好地为提高企业产品核心竞争力服务,本文通过对产品生命周期的各阶段如何利用专利信息进行探索分析,研究相应的专利信息利用策略,并提出产品生命周期的专利信息利用能力提升对策及建议。Patent information is a type of special resource, which integrated technical information, economic information and legal information. In order to fully exploit the value of patent information resources, through which we can support self-innovation and supply better service to improve the core competitiveness of enterprise and product. In this paper, we analyzed the way to make use of the patent information during the product life cycle, then the corresponding strategy of patent information utilization were put forward;furthermore, some suggestion about how to promote the utilization ability of patent information were listed.
