麝香通心滴丸对血管内皮保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨服用麝香通心滴丸对冠心病患者血管内皮的保护作用。方法选择2014年6月至12月门诊及病房收治的冠心病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予包括氯吡格雷和他汀的常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案上加用麝香通心滴丸,维持治疗6个月。分别在入选、治疗6个月时检测血NO含量、内皮素-1(ET-1)、以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。记录6个月间每周心绞痛发作次数、心率、疼痛程度、持续时间等情况。结果治疗6个月后,两组的NO、ET-1、hs-CRP与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后NO、ET-1、hs-CRP及治疗总有效率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者在常规治疗的基础上,长期口服麝香通心滴丸可进一步改善血管内皮细胞功能,减轻心绞痛症状。Objective To investigate the protective effects of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill on blood vesselendothelium of patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods 80 outpatients and inpatients with CAD wereenrolled in our hospital fromJune to December 2014. They were randomly assigned to observation group and control group.Control group was treated with conventional therapy including clopidogrel and statin, while the observation group wastreated with conventional therapy plus Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill for six months. The plasma nitrogen oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were measured just before and at 6 months after thetreatment. The frequency of angina, heart rate, the degree and duration of pain were recorded every week during 6 months.Results NO, ET-1 and hs-CRP were improved significantly after 6 months treatment in both groups compared topretreatment(P<0.05). NO, ET-1 and hs-CRP were improved more significantly and the total effective rate was significantlyhigher in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term oral administration of ShexiangTongxin Dropping Pill with conventional therapy may further improve vascular endothelial cell function and relieve thesymptoms of angina pectoris.
