摘 要:分两时段调查东江东莞段水系小型浮游动物的群落结构。结果表明,1982―1983年检出有61属109种,年际平均密度303.7个/L,生物量0.070 8 mg/L;2008―2010年检出有46属91种,年际平均密度1 350.4个/L,生物量0.845 6 mg/L。两时期的群落相似性指数为63%,纤毛虫最低仅26.3%,优势种相似性指数为50%;2008-2010年有23个物种没检出,新检出有23种。群落构成从1982―1983年的自养、食藻的原生动物与喜贫营养的轮虫群落为主,演替为2008–2010年以耐污食菌及碎屑的原生动物与喜富营养的轮虫群落为主,显现群落结构趋简单化,物种数减少,生物量增大,优势种的优势度非常明显,耐污(富营养)指示种大量出现。这与调查水质变化有关。Based on the surveys of the community structure of micro-zooplankton in Dongguan reachesof Dong Jiang River from 1982 to 1983, the results showed that there were 109 species under 61 genera,with average abundance 303.7 ind/L and biomass 0.0708 mg/L. According to the second investigationfrom 2008 to 2010, the results indicated that there were 91 species from 46 genera, with averageabundance 1 350.4 ind/L and biomass 0.8 456 mg/L, a community similarity of 63%, a dominantspecies similarity of 50% and a plankton ciliate similarity of 26.3%. The micro-zooplankton communitypresented some differences in comparison with the pattern in the 1980s. The variation tendency of thespecies number of the micro-zooplankton was reduced, the biomass was increased, the significance ofthe main dominant species was more obvious and the eutrophic species were discovered from 1982 to2010.
