摘 要:为了解徐州市典型稻区土壤和稻米中重金属含量及健康风险,分别测定了土壤和稻米中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、As、Hg和Cr的含量,并对土壤中重金属污染状况及稻米中重金属因摄入所致的健康风险进行了评价。结果表明:DXDQ(典型稻区)土壤中As、Hg平均含量分别比中国土壤元素背景值高出0.24、0.29倍,Cd与其持平,其他5种元素均低于背景值,其中PXHX(西北部)超标率最重。但所测稻区全部重金属的含量均低于《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618—1995)中的Ⅱ级标准值。单因子污染指数显示所有稻区土壤重金属污染等级为安全;内梅罗综合污染指数显示DXDQ、SNLJ(东南部)和PZXH(东部)土壤重金属污染程度总体呈清洁水平,而PXHX(西北部)则达警戒水平。33.33%的DXDQ和全部PXHX土壤样本为中等生态风险,并以Hg为主要贡献因子,SNLJ和PZXH为低生态风险。DXDQ和3个分稻区稻米中Pb、Ni和As平均含量均超出国家食品安全标准限制值,其中DXDQ分别超标1.70、0.28和1.20倍。基于HQ和HI评价,食用该区域生产的稻米对人体健康产生影响的可能性大,其中As的潜在健康危害突出,应引起足够重视。To understand the contents and health risk of heavy metal in soils and rice grains from typical rice-growing region (DXDQ)of Xuzhou city, the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni, As, Hg and Cr in soils and rice grains were determined, respectively. Then thepollution state of each heavy metal in soils and their human health risk in rice grains were evaluated, respectively. The results showedthat the average contents of As, Hg in soils from DXDQ were about 0.24, 0.29 times higher compared with national backgroundvalues of soil elements, respectively. Cd content basically flatted with the value, but the contents of other 5 heavy metals were lowerthan the corresponding values. Over-limit ratio of heavy metals in PXHX (northwest) was the most serious among 3 rice-growingregion branches. But the contents of 8 heavy metals in soil from all tested regions were lower than the limit values of Environmentalquality standard for soils (GB 15618-1998) secondary standard. Single pollution index indicated that pollution grade of 8 heavymetals in soils from all regions was safe. The Nemero comprehensive pollution indices indicated that the soils from DXDQ, SNLJ(southeast) and PZXH (east) were clean, but pollution degree of PXHX soils had reached warning level. About 33.33% of the totalsamples in DXDQ and 100% of the total samples in PXHX reached medium level of the potential ecological risk of heavy metals,and Hg as the main pollution factor was found. However, low risk occurred in SNLJ and PZHX. The average contents of Pb, Ni andAs in rice grains from DXDQ and 3 rice-growing region branches had exceeded the limit values of National Food Safety Standard.The contents of those 3 elements in DXDQ were about 1.70, 0.28 and 1.20 times. According to the HQ and HI, locally produced ricegrains had extremely high risk for human health. Potential health hazard of As element in rice grains to human being was found andmust arouse enough attention.
