摘 要:选聘是大学生村官政策在执行过程中所必须要经历的一个环节,在现有的大学生村官选聘流程当中,选聘需求分析不够充分,选聘说明的编制不够明确,选聘方式过于单一以及缺乏必要的选聘评估依然是困扰选聘流程的现实问题,而开展选聘需求分析与人员可获得性分析,不断完善选聘说明的编制环节,探索多样化的选聘方式以及合理安排选聘评估无疑是化解上述问题进而完善选聘流程的可行之举。Recruiting, which must be performed by policy executors when they carry out the college-graduate village official policy, is an important part of village official affairs. The lack of recruiting demand analysis, the ambiguity of recruiting instruction, the singleness of recruiting manner and the deficiency of recruiting evaluation jointly constitute the realistic problems which exist in the recruiting process of college-graduate village officials. Therefore, it is necessary for employers to arrange recruiting demand analysis and personnel availability analysis, consummate the recruiting instruction, explore the diversified recruiting manner, and organize the recruiting evaluation so that the problems what have mentioned above can be tackled and the recruiting process can be re-engineered.
