摘 要:针对风积砂似膏体充填料浆的特点,设计了充填站制浆工艺流程,制定了风积砂筛分输送工艺和粉煤灰库存储及输送工艺。提出了双制浆系统集中布置同时作业以提高充填能力的思路,并设置地下设备池,将不同罐体高低错落布置,充分利用地势降低了物料输送过程中的能耗。榆阳煤矿风积砂似膏体充填站建设运行实践表明,该系统布置方式简单紧凑,投资低,各设备能够发挥较高的效能,制浆能力不低于360m^3/h,为高效充填采煤提供了充填能力保障。To the characters of aeolian sand paste-like backfill material, then grouting process of backfill station was designed,screening transportation technology of aeolian sand, coal ash storeroom storage and transportation technology were formulated. themethod that double grouting system was distributed concentration and working at the same time was put forward , which backfill capacitycould be improved obviously, underground equipment pool was set, and different tank body were arranged scatter, the energy consumptionthat appeared during transportation was decreased with terrain. The practical of aeolian sand paste-like back station constructedin Yuyang coal mine showed that the arrangement form is simply and compactly, investment low, all equipment works well andgrouting capacity not small than 360m3 / h. It offered backfill capacity safeguard for backfill coal mining effectively.
