摘　　要：在数字图书馆与数字出版、数字传播、集成搜索不断融合的形势下,本文从科技文献资源建设、信息服务、知识组织工具建设、学科建设等角度概述国家工程技术图书馆的发展现状,分析国家工程技术图书馆面临的机遇与挑战。在此基础上,指出国家工程技术图书馆需在"十三五"期间从信息资源发现系统建设、知识链接系统建设、知识组织工具建设、开放服务体系构造和科研引领能力推进五个方面实施科学发展。This paper summarizes the current development of national engineering and technology library from the scientific literature resource construction,information service, the construction of knowledge organization tool and the discipline construction. Meanwhile, it analyzes the opportunities and challenges against abackground of the integration of digital library, digital publishing, digital communication and integrated search. On this basis, the national engineering and technologylibrary needs to promote the five aspects in the 13th Five-Year period, including the discovery service system of national engineering and technology informationresources, the knowledge linking system, the knowledge organization tool, the open service system and the research leading ability of resources construction.
