文化共享与价值共振——顺德公共文化服务的探索与实践

摘　　要：佛山市顺德区在公共文化服务体系建设中成立法定机构——文化艺术发展中心,不仅实现了文化建设的"管办分离",还在实践中实现了以社会主义核心价值观为指引的"精神共振"和以文化资源、文化信息、文化成果等"文化共享"的有机统一。文章对顺德区公共文化服务中文化共享与精神共振为一体的探索与实践进行总结分析与理论思考。In order to construct the public cultural service system,Shunde District of Foshan City established a statutorybody:Culture and Art Development Center. It not only separates the management and running in culture construction,butalso realizes an inner unity between "spirit resonance",which is guided by the socialist core value,and "shared culture",which includes cultural resources,cultural information and cultural achievements. This paper attempts to make a summaryof the efforts carried out in Shunde district,practically and theoretically.
