摘　　要：文章以武汉地铁1号线一期车辆大修项目的筹备及实施为例,主要从大修模式选择、大修规程制订、生产组织管理及持续改进方向等整体情况入手,分析了项目实施过程中的重难点和应对方法,总结了武汉地铁大修业务从无到有并不断完善的发展过程。Taking planning and implementation of phase 1 vehicle overhaul project on Wuhan metro line 1 as an example, the paper mainly starts from the angle of overhaul mode selection, overhaul regulation planning, production management and continuous improvement of the direction of the overall situation, and it analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures in the process of project implementation,summarizes the Wuhan metro overhaul from zero to existence and the development of continuous improvement process.
