摘 要:试验通过对前期从油茶中分离出的内生真菌进行液体发酵培养、浓缩发酵液等操作获得菌株的次生代谢产物,继而通过盐酸-镁粉颜色反应初筛和薄层层析法复筛,得到2株具有产黄酮能力的内生真菌。这2株内生真菌经形态学鉴定分属于青霉属(Penicillium)和链格孢属(Alternaria),并测得发酵液中的黄酮含量分别为0.011 3和0.013 5 mg/m L。Endophytic fungi which were isolated from Camellia oleifera are cultured in the liquid medium. A lot of secondary metabolites were obtained by condensing the zymotic fluid and analyzed with color reaction and thin layer chromatography. Eventally 2 endophytic fungi that could produce flavonoid were obtained and classified as Penicillium and Alternaria according to the morphological charactersitic.Furthermore, the flaconoid content in fermentation liquid were determined as 0.0113 mg/mL and 0.0135 mg/mL respectively.
