摘 要:研究分析了桂西北喀斯特地区7 a生桂牧一号草地(7MC)、5 a生桂牧一号草地(5MC)、1 a生桂牧一号草地(1MC)与传统的玉米地(YM)在生物量、土壤有机碳(SOC)、土壤微生物量碳(MBC)及土壤轻组碳(LOC)的差异,结果表明:单位面积干物质产量最高为5MC,4块样地年固碳量最高为YM(7.42 t/hm2);4块样地间每年迁出氮素量差异不显著,在磷素的迁出中,YM地最高11.48 kg/hm2,植物钾素的储量表现出7MC高于其他样地且差异显著;不同种植年限牧草地下生物量为5MC最高MC样地最低,二者差异显著;7MC样地有机碳含量最高,另外随着牧草种植年限增长,土壤有机碳呈现先降低后升高的趋势,而土壤微生物量碳和轻组碳也为7MC样地最高,牧草免耕的种植模式有益于土壤SOC,MBC,LOC的增加。Seven years planting-life artificial grassland (7MC), Five years planting-life artificial grassland (5MC) , one year plantinglife artificial grassland (1MC) and corn field (YM)) were selected to research their aboveground, underground biomass, soil organic carbon(SOC), microbial biomass carbon(MBC) and light organic carbon (LOC) in karst region at Northwest of Guangxi province. The results showed that the highest dry matter yield per unit area was 5MC, and the highest amount of solid carbon was YM (7.42 t/hm2) in the4 plots; there was no significant difference in amount of emigration nitrogen from 4 plots, in amount of emigration phosphorus, the highestin YM was 11.48 kg/hm2, the reserve of potassium in plants showed 7MC higher than other samples and the difference was significant;their underground biomass 5MC was the highest and the MC was the lowest, that difference was significant; 7MC sample organic carboncontent was the highest, in addition, with the increase of planting age, soil organic carbon showed the trend of decreasing first and then increasing, and the soil microbial biomass carbon and light carbon was also the highest 7MC sample, the cultivation mode of no tillage was beneficial to increasing of soil SOC, MBC and LOC.
