摘 要:为了满足国内炼油企业多产优质汽油、压减劣质柴油的需求,开发了催化柴油和加氢催化柴油进FDFCC-Ⅲ装置第二提升管多产汽油工艺技术。对催化裂化装置自身回炼平衡柴油、另一套装置柴油及加氢催化柴油的裂化性能进行了系统的研究。结果表明,在反应温度530℃条件下,第二提升管回炼加氢催化柴油,柴油转化率为65.45%,汽油产率可达51.5%,生成汽油RON为99.9。To meet the needs of domestic refineries for the production of more high-quality gasoline and less low-quality LCO, a new process is put forward in the FDFCC-Ⅲ unit, in which LCO or hydrogenated LCO was recycled into the secondary riser. The cracking performance of LCO from its self, and the other FCCU and the hydrogenated was systematically evaluated in a FCC pilot plant. It was revealed that when hydrogenated LCO was recycled into the secondary riser at the reaction temperature of 530 ℃,65.45% LCO was converted and the yield of 51.5% gasoline with RON 99.9 was achieved.
