摘　　要：介绍了盐城市大丰荷兰花海小镇泛旅游产业专业化集群发展的现状,运用旅游产业集群、产业融合等理论对大丰荷兰花海小镇产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战进行了分析,概括了小镇集群发展的经验启示,最后,对荷兰花海小镇花卉产业链及旅游项目发展中存在的问题提出了相应的提升建议,以期实现荷兰花海小镇集群化的持续、健康发展。The paper applied the tourism industry cluster, industry fusion theory and others to analyze the industrial development advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Dafeng Holland Huahai town, summarized the development status of Holland Huahai town tourism industry specialization cluster, generalized the experience and enlightenment of the cluster development of the small town. Finally, the corresponding improvement suggestions on the problems of Holland Huahai town flower industry chain and tourism development were put forward, in order to realize the sustainable and healthy development of Holland Huahai town.
