影响农地租赁者收益的主要因素及启示——基于武陵山片区的调查

摘　　要：基于武陵山片区432个农户调研数据和统计数据,应用成本效益法分析各相关因素对农地租赁者收益与行为的影响。结果表明:主产品产量、产品价格、物质与服务费用、人工成本、土地租赁价格和政策等因素对农地租赁者收益影响明显;在各因素影响之下,农地租赁者最终选择种植经济效益高的烤烟、豆角、桔子等品种而放弃稻谷、玉米、油菜作物,这一抉择将对稻谷、玉米等大田作物的生产造成不利影响。建议各种农业补贴的激励政策应向种植稻谷、玉米等大田作物倾斜。Based on 432 households survey data and statistical data in Wuling mountain area, using the method of cost-benefit analysis to analyze the influence of the related factors on the income and behavior of the rural land leaseholder. The results indicated that the mainproduct yield, product price, material and service costs, labor costs, land leasing prices and policies had significant influence on the incomeof rural land leaseholder, under the influence of various factors, Land leasing chose to grow high economic benefits plants such as fluecuredtobacco, beans, oranges and abandon to grow rice, corn, rape crops. This decision would have a detrimental effect on the productionof rice, corn and other field crops. It is suggested that the various agricultural subsidies policy should be tilted to the field crops such as rice and corn.
