摘　　要：该文介绍了一台能够对水果和蔬菜进行保鲜膜包装的设备。设备以气泵作为动力源,由气动回路控制包装执行元件的顺序动作,设计过程中为了验证方案可行性,采用有限元软件对关键部件进行了强度校核,采用动力学分析软件对机构运动进行了仿真,依据仿真结果,完成了优化设计。最后进行了工程样机的加工、装配、调试、试验,验证了装置具有良好的包装效果。This paper introduces a can of fruit and vegetables to cling film packaging equipment.Equipment uses air pump as a power source,Pneumatic circuitcontrolsequence motion of Packaging actuators,The design process in order to verify the feasibility,Using finite element software check the strength of key parts,Using dynamics analysis softwareon the mechanism motion simulation,According to the results of the simulation,Completed the optimization design.Finally has carried on the engineering prototype fabrication, assembly, debug and test,Verifythe device has good packing effect.
