摘　　要：待测液体的自动配制与提取是变压器油水溶性酸pH值测定的关键环节。目前,全自动水溶性酸测定仪采用在封闭容器内形成正气压或者负气压的方式实现液体流动,并通过光电传感器实现液体容量的控制,该方法实际应用中效率低、故障率高。分析问题产生的原因,提出了设备改进方案,采用精密计量泵实现待测液体的自动配制与提取,使用真空泵实现废弃液体的排放与容器的通风干燥,简化了测试工艺流程,提高了设备可靠性和工作效率,同时也提高设备生产效率。Automatic preparation and extraction of the test liquid is the key link in the determination of the pH value of water-soluble acid in transformer oils. At present, liquid flow is realized by the positive pressure or negative pressure in the closed vessel, and the liquid capacity is limited by the photoelectric sensor.After analysis of the problems, an improved plan is brought forward.Automatic preparation and extraction of the test liquid is achieved through the precision metering pump. The discharge of waste liquid and the ventilation and drying of the container are realized through the vacuum pump. The test process is simplified, the equipment reliability and work efficiency are improved,and the production efficiency is also improved.
