摘  要:通过对440t/h循环流化床锅炉运行情况进行分析,发现其存在锅炉受热面防磨、煤制备系统缺乏粗碎煤、风室漏渣、床温较高、不能满足国家最新的环保排放要求等技术缺陷,在分析原因的基础上进行了相应的技术改造,改造后受热面磨损减轻、入炉煤颗粒度得到有效控制、风室漏渣消除、床温下降、烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物达标排放,取得了较好的效果。After analyzing the operation situation of 440t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler, we found thatthere exists many technical problems,such as anti abrasion of heating surface of boiler,lack of crude coalin coal preparation system,wind chamber slag leakage,high bed temperature,unable to meet the latest na?tional environmental emission requirements,etc. Corresponding technical transformation has made on the ba?sis of analyzing the reasons,which lessens the heating surface abrasion,effectively controlled the coal granu?larity,eliminating the wind chamber slag leakage,decreasing the bed temperature,soot,sulfur dioxide andnitrogen oxide discharged with standard levels,and had gained good results.
