胫骨外侧钢板螺丝钉内固定在基层医院治疗胫骨干骨折13例的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨胫骨外侧钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:收治胫骨干骨折患者13例,给予胫骨外侧钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗,分析临床结果。结果:骨折愈合时间平均约7个月,无一例发生并发症。结论:胫骨外侧钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折具有手术方法简便、适应范围广、固定效果好、功能恢复快等优点,临床疗效满意,适合于基层医院。Objective:To exploret the clinical effect of lateral tibial plate screw internal fixation in the treatment of tibial shaftfracture.Methods:13 patients with tibial shaft fracture were selected.They were given lateral tibial plate screw internal fixationtreatment.The clinical effect was analyzed.Results:The average time of fracture healing was 7 months,and no 1 case occurredcomplication.Conclusion:Lateral tibial plate screw internal fixation in the treatment of tibial shaft fracture has the advantages suchas simple operation method,wide adaptability,good fixing effect,quick functional recovery,and the clinical curative effect issatisfactory,so it is suitable for primary hospital.
