对阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV-DNA载量变化及不良反应的研究

摘　　要：目的：观察阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的病毒载量变化及不良反应。方法：第一阶段(第0～24周)对照组予多烯磷胆碱酯胶囊，治疗组予阿德福韦酯；第二阶段(第25～48周)两组用药进行交换，于治疗24周、48周观察HBV-DNA变化。结果：24周时，治疗组和对照组HBV-DNA中位数较基线水平均有下降；48周时，对照组中位数较基线水平下降2.4log10拷贝/mL，治疗组HBV-DNA中位数恢复到基线水平。药物可能相关的不良事件大多为轻中度，两组肾功能无明显变化。结论：阿德福韦酯常规剂量，能有效抑制病毒复制，具有良好的耐受性和安全性。Objective:To observe the viral load change and adverse reactions of adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of patients withchronic hepatitis B.Methods:At the first phase(0～24 weeks),the control group was given polyene phosphorus choline estercapsule,and the treatment group was given adefovir dipivoxil.At the second stage(25～48 weeks),two groups exchanged themedication.In the treatment of 24 weeks and 48 weeks,the HBV-DNA change was observed.Results:At 24 weeks,the HBV-DNAmedians of the treatment group and the control group were decreased compared with the baseline level.At 48 weeks,the median ofthe control group decreased 2.4 log10 copy/mL compared with the baseline level,the HBV-DNA median of the treatment groupreturned to the baseline level.The possibly drug related adverse events were mild and moderate,there was no significant changesin renal function of the two groups.Conclusion:The conventional dose of adefovir dipivoxil can effectively inhibit the virusreplication,has a good tolerability and safety.
