急性百草枯中毒的救治体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性百草枯中毒的治疗经验。方法:收治急性百草枯中毒患者22例,给予综合疗法。结果:存活12例,存活率54.54%。死亡10例,死亡率45.46%。结论:百草枯中毒主要损伤肺、肝、肾等重要脏器,以肺脏损伤为主。综合疗法可挽救部分患者的生命。Objective:To explore the treatment experience of acute paraquat poisoning.Methods:22 cases of patients with acuteparaquat poisoning were treated with combined therapy.Results:12 cases survived,and the survival rate was 54.54%.10 cases wasdead,and the mortality rate was 45.46% .Conclusion:Paraquat poisoning mainly damaged the lungs,liver,kidney and other vitalorgans.Combined therapy could save the life of some patients.
