摘　　要：目的:探讨复合辅酶联合联苯双酯滴丸治疗婴幼儿感染引起肝功能不全的疗效。方法:收治感染造成肝功能不全婴幼儿194例,分为两组。研究组给予复合辅酶联合联苯双酯滴丸治疗,对照组给予复合辅酶治疗,比较两组治疗前后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶。结果:两组治疗后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复合辅酶联合联苯双酯滴丸治疗婴幼儿感染引起的肝功能不全疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of combined coenzyme combined with bifendate pills in the treatment ofliver dysfunction caused by infant infection.Methods:194 cases of infants with liver dysfunction caused by infection were dividedinto two groups.The research group was treated with combined coenzyme combined with bifendate pills.The control group wastreated with compound coenzyme,the alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase in the two groups before and aftertreatment were compared.Results:After the treatment,there were statistically significant differences of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase between groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined coenzyme combined with bifendate pills in thetreatment of liver dysfunction caused by infant infection had significant curative effect.
