摘　　要：目的:探讨早期综合治疗对重度烧伤的近期临床疗效。方法:收治重度烧伤患者20例为治疗组,实施早期综合治疗,收治重度烧伤患者20例为对照组,实施传统常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者第一次手术后植皮覆盖面积高于对照组,手术次数减少,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗以后患者TPR、ALB指数显著降低,与手术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除死亡患者,治疗组创面愈合时间和住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合治疗对重度烧伤的近期临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the recent clinical curative effect of early comprehensive treatment on severe burn.Methods:20patients with severe burn were selected as the treatment group.They were treated by early comprehensive treatment.20 patientswith severe burn were selected as the control group,and they were treated with conventional treatment.We compared thetherapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,after the first surgery,skin grafting coverage area was higher thanthe control group,and the number of operation was reduced,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).In the controlgroup,after treatment,TPR,ALB indexes were significantly reduced.Compared with before surgery,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).In addition to death,in the treatment group,the wound healing time and length of stay were less than those ofthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The recent clinical curative effect of early comprehensive treatment on severe burn wassignificant.
