摘　　要：在烧伤重症患儿的护理过程中,重点做好病情观察,维持呼吸道及静脉管道的通畅,同时做好创面护理、饮食护理、心理护理及健康教育等工作。湿润烧伤膏包扎疗法具有减少创面感染、患儿管道护理方便等优点。扩大健康教育对加速创面愈合、减少皮肤瘢痕形成及降低死亡率有重要意义。In children with severe burns nursing process,we should focus on observation,venous conduit unobstructed,keeprespiratory tract and wound nursing,diet nursing,psychological nursing and health education,etc.Moist burn ointment had manyadvantages,such as reducing the wound infection,convenient pipeline nursing and so on.Expanding health education was of greatsignificance to accelerate wound healing,reduce skin scar formation and reduce mortality.
