摘　　要：以武汉市为例,阐述了省、市、区三级矿政数据交换的实现机制,以及基于三级数据交换的矿政监管信息系统建设总体技术框架和应用功能设计,介绍了系统建设的特点和应用前景,建立"以图管矿、带图审批、全程监管"的矿政管理模式,对各级矿政管理全程监管和信息动态更新等工作具有一定的借鉴意义。Taking Wuhan City for example, we discussed the realization mechanism of three levels of mineral resources data exchange, and the entire framework and functional design of the mineral resources management and supervision information system. And then, we introduced system's construction characteristics and application prospects. To some extent, the management pattern of 'one map managing, one map approving, and whole process supervising' has reference meaning for whole process supervised management and dynamic updating information.
