摘  要:针对未来航天器大承载、轻量化需求,开展了月面着陆器上升级压力舱的结构优化研究。在卧式上升级压力舱静力学有限元仿真分析的基础上,以压力舱蒙皮厚度和加强型材截面尺寸为优化变量,以整舱结构强度满足设计许用应力为约束条件,以压力舱结构质量最小为优化目标函数建立结构优化模型,获得了静压作用下压力舱最优结构形式。同时还讨论了压力舱压力体制、结构设计许用应力对压力舱结构质量的影响。研究结果有助于确定载人登月任务总体方案中的关键参数,得到复杂力学环境下的压力舱最优构型。With regard to the large load and lightweight design requirements for the future spacecraft,the structural design optimization study of the pressure cabin in lunar lander ascend module was carried out. Based on the static mechanical FEM analysis for horizontal pressure cabin under internal pressure,a structural optimization model was established to minimize the pressure cabin structural weight,with the volume of skin thickness and cross-sectional dimensions of constitutive beams as the design variables and design allowable stress as the constraint conditions,the optimal cabin structure configuration was obtained. Furthermore,the influences of cabin pressure regime and structural design stress on the optimal cabin weight were discussed. The research was helpful to determine the key parameters in a manned lunar mission and obtain the optimal structural design for pressure cabin in complex mechanical environment.
