摘　　要：从20世纪30年代开始,"黑衣壮"进入公众视野,其瑰丽的民歌文化让研究者非常欣赏。然而到了新世纪,包括民歌文化在内的"黑衣壮"文化传承问题重新摆在公众面前。如今"黑衣壮"民歌文化传承遇到的最根本的问题,不是保护资金的问题,也不是具体行政法规的问题,而是村落民众需要梳理和树立自身文化自觉的意识问题。如何帮助村落民众具备文化自觉素质,真正实现本族群的健康的"再传统化",决定着"黑衣壮"包括民歌在内的文化遗产是否能够得到健康传承。From the beginning of 1930 s, the Heiyi-zhuang(zhuang of black-dress)came into public view. Its magnificent folk culture to lets the researcher appreciate very much. However, in the new century, including folk song culture, the problem of the Heiyi-zhuang's cultural heritage reappear in front of the public. Now, the most fundamental problem of the Heiyi-zhuang's cultural heritage encountered, is not the funds for the protection, also is not a specific administrative regulations, but the Consciousness of cultural consciousness that the village people need to sort out and set up. How to help the village people have the quality of cultural consciousness, and truly realize the healthly development of the ethnic group, would determines whether the Heiyi-zhuang's cultural heritage, including folk song culture, can get healthy inheritance.
