摘　　要：目的分析2005~2014年间疟疾疫情资料及流行特征，为制定和调整疟疾防治策略和措施提供依据。方法收集疟原虫镜检站、疾病监测信息报告系统传染病网络直报报告及疟疾流行病学个案调查报告，采用SPSS18.0进行分析。结果2005~2014年间共报告疟疾108例，本地感染6例，国内输入性感染74例，非洲输入性感染16例，12例无法确定感染地。所有恶性疟及卵形疟病例均来自非洲输入性感染。2009年以后，年发病率控制在1/10万以下，2010年起无本地感染病例发生，但近几年国外输入性疟疾发病率有上升趋势。结论继续加强对国内外流动人员的监测，尤其要加强出入境人员健康教育及疟疾诊治技能培训等措施以控制输入性疟疾疫情。Objective To analyze the malaria epidemic status and trends in Changshu city from2005to2014for evidence to plan preventive and control strategies and measures for this transmission.Methods Datawere collected from malaria surveillance station,reporting system on the infectious disease surveillance networkand case reports via malaria epidemiological investigation,and then analyzed with software SPSS(version18.0).Results In2005and2014,a total of108cases of malaria were reported in Changshu city,in which6were as?sociated with local infection;74,domestic transmission;16,imported disease from Africa;and12unindentifiedinfection.All cases of falciparum malaria and Plasmodium falciparum malaria were Africa origins.After2009,annu?al incidence rate was remained by one percent per10million population,and no local infection was reportedsince2010.However,domestic and foreign imported infection tended to rise in recent years.Conclusion Con?trol and preventive measures on imported malaria infection can be involved in strengthened monitoring of thedomestic and foreign migrants,particularly health education on the foreigners and returned workers as well asprofessional training of the health providers in diagnosis and treatment of malaria.
