对2例复发性流产孕妇伴有MTHFR基因杂合突变的药学咨询服务

摘　　要：临床药师在用药咨询门诊进行药学服务过程中,对既往有复发性流产史且伴有MTHFR基因677和1298位点杂合突变的孕妇制定用药方案,给予用药指导,监护用药过程。在推荐孕期服用叶酸片0.8 mg·d^(-1)的同时,联合食用富含5-甲基四氢叶酸的食物,孕妇在妊娠期再未发生腹痛、腹胀、阴道出血等流产症状,最终分娩足月新生儿。Pharmaceutical care was provided for pregnant women with recurrent abortion and heterozygous mutations at 677 loci and 1298 loci of MTHFR gene by clinical pharmacists at drug consultation clinic. Clinical pharmacists provided medication guidance, as well as the process monitoring of medication to the pregnant women. After taking folic acid tablets 0.8mg/days combined with foods rich in 5-methyl-trahydrofolate, no abortion symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distension or vaginal red appeared in the pregnant women. Finally, the pregnant women gave birth to healthy newborns.
