摘　　要：为促进海洋电驱修井机ABB ACS800传动系统的全生命周期维护工作的开展,提升ABB ACS800传动系统应用价值,通过开展ABB ACS800传动系统技术研究,研制了一套ACS800单传动试验装置。该装置采用系统集成设计,以ACS800-01单传动单元为核心,配置了一体化工业平板电脑、一体化I/O PANEL及QABP 90L4A型变频电机,实现了CDP312R控制盘、I/O PANEL、Drive Window 3种方式对ACS800传动系统的控制功能。结合此装置,在人员技术培训和ACS800传动系统技术研究方面取得了良好的应用效果。In order to promote the marine electric drive workover rig ABB ACS800 drive system of the whole life cycle of maintenance work,enhance the application of ABB ACS800 drive system,a research on the technology of ABB ACS800 drive system was carried out and a set of ACS800 single drive test device was developed.The device adopts the design of system integration,ACS800-01 single drive unit as the core,and has a configuration of the Industrial Tablet PC,I/O PANEL and QABP 90L4, type inverter motor.The ACS800,drive system can be controlled by the control panel,PANEL Drive and Window ACS800,in three ways.Combining with this device,it has obtained a good application effect in the technical training of personnel and the technical research of ACS800,drive system.
